Colleen first started growing microgreens in 2021 when her children were toddlers. It was a great way to get her "gardening fix" year round while staying inside to take care of the kids. She soon realized that she really enjoyed growing AND eating microgreens. The taste was great and the health benefits were a huge plus! Colleen is still growing microgreens and is now able to share her passion with the local community. She enjoys meeting new people at the farmer's market and especially loves seeing repeat customers. You guys rock! Overall, she loves being able to offer an incredibly nutrient dense food to boost the health of the local community.
